Mrs Bird leads you into the kitchen and asks your group to help her with
some final preparations for the Marmalade Day festival!
Mrs Bird:
Now, given the hundreds of guests we're expecting, I've been working
on a spread of Paddington's favourite treats - Orange Hot Chocolate,
my Granny's banana bread, my Mother's brownies and not forgetting my
signature Sticky Buns... No-one shall go hungry today! But Marmalade
Day is not Marmalade Day without... A Marmalade sandwich!
And so I will move mountains to find those Peruvian oranges, but I'm
running out of time and I can't do it alone. I need help RIGHT NOW, in this
kitchen... To cook more treats, to build my Marmalade Day Cake Tower, to
fix the fridge, AND get my cupboards, tea-sets, and larder back in order!”
